By using Unify Developer's services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide web development, app development, AI solutions, UI/UX design, and cybersecurity services. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in separate proposals/agreements.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to start project
• Remaining 50% upon project completion
• Payment processed via PAYU secure gateway
• All payments are non-refundable unless specified

3. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates. Delays due to client feedback, requirements changes, or force majeure will extend the timeline. Rush projects may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, client owns all deliverables
• Unify Developer retains rights to code snippets, frameworks, and tools used
• Client must have rights to all content provided

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details confidential. We do not disclose your project information to third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
• Payment due for work completed up to termination
• No refund for work already delivered

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in applicable jurisdiction.
