1. No Refund Policy

As we provide custom development services tailored to each client's specific requirements, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Initial advance payments (50%)
• Milestone payments
• Final payments upon completion

2. Why No Refunds?

• Services are custom-tailored to client requirements
• Time and resources are dedicated upon payment
• Work begins immediately after payment confirmation
• Intellectual property is created specifically for the client

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in extreme circumstances such as:

• Complete service failure (not partial delivery)
• Proven fraud or unauthorized transaction
• Legal requirement under consumer protection laws

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services:

• Contact us immediately to discuss
• We will try to resolve issues amicably
• Alternative solutions may be offered (revisions, additional work, account credit)

5. Payment Disputes

For payment disputes, contact your payment provider (PAYU/bank) and us simultaneously. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution.
